I am so desperate to live in my own home. I am a single mother of a 5 yr old daughter that needs her own backyard to run and explore in. I don't know how to go about even starting to look for a home, get a loan, look for a realtor, etc.
I have bad credit, and I only make about 1,000 a month. Every place i've rented makes me feel like i'm living in somebody else's house. I have been trying to learn about government loans but i don't understand a lot of the words they use. Can someone please help me figure everything out? I don't even know where to start. I have been trying to educate myself on government programs, but I seem to get lost in all the diffrent programs.
